High quality recombinant protein production is key for basic science research and pre-clinical drug development studies. Our team members at JSBio are expects in new and advancing techniques in the industry for cell line and cell culture medium development. We have established a non-GMP recombinant protein production platform for both transient and stable transfection in mammalian cells. Clients may choose between CHO or HEK293 cells to serve as the host for our transient transfection platform which yields milligram to even gram-level production of your recombinant protein on a time scale of 2 - 3 weeks. Clients may also choose our stable cell transfection platform which utilizes CHO cells to support large-scale recombinant protein production. Both platforms provide protein yields and production times that are highly competitive within this industry.
We have established service agreements with multiple shipping providers, nationally and internationally. We also have a logistics team on-site who are very responsive to client’s questions and concerns regarding shipping and handling of their product.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for products made using transient transfection and 4 - 6 months for products generated using stably expressing cells. For client’s using our integrated cell culture medium and process development platform, time frames will vary based on the specific needs of your project.
