RPMI 1640

RPMI 1640 (Roswell Park Memorial Institute 1640) medium contains reduced glutathione, high concentrations of vitamins, inositol, and choline compared to other basal media. RPMI 1640 media can be successfully used for cultured HeLa cell, MCF-7 cell, PC-12 cell, PBMC, astrocyte cells and cancer cells etc.
